Our new location houses brightly lit artist's studios. We currently have four active artists within the structure and a studio is available for rent.
The space that is available measures 13'x15'.
Here are the specs:
*New pergo floors and fresh paint
*Large window for natural light and viewing
*Glass paned door for external viewing
*Each studio is equipped with locking doors
*Can be shared with multiple artists
*24 hr access
*Month to month lease
The studios share a common area which includes:
*Sonitrol (professional) security system.
*Full scale gallery for resident and non affliated artists' to exhibit.
*Gallery is equipped with locking hangers for theft prevention.
*Two bathrooms and small kitchen with fridge and microwave.
*Classroom space
